Have you ever wondered about the game Dungeons and Dragons, or any of the other games that are played by millions every day? Wondered what keeps them playing, and why they say that D&D is the best game you can possibly play?  Well, now is your chance to find out!

I've been playing D&D since the early 1980s, and DMing since about 1985; I have a lot of experience and excellent references from my games of D&D, Runequest, Legend of the Five Rings, Rogue Trader, Star Wars, Starfinder, Warhammer... (35+ years of experience).

Did you want to experience what it's like to play an Elf like Legolas from Lord of The Rings? Perhaps a Human Ranger like Aragorn? A character from a different film, or create a unique character to take on a bespoke adventure with your friends?  Human, Dwarf, Elf, Halfling, Half-Elf, Gnome, Half-Orc... all these and more races are available.  Professions are called Classes in D&D, and amongst others there exists Barbarian, Bard, Cleric, Druid, Fighter, Rogue, Sorceror, Warlock, Wizard...

I had previously played D&D about 20 years ago and wanted to get back into the hobby.  I found playing in Danny's game brought me up to speed with the new (5e) rules, and he is a great storyteller.  The short-run plan of 6 sessions was great to get me back up to speed.  A great DM.

Dan ran a short campaign of 6 adventures for myself and 4 friends.  He was a great DM, showing how to make characters, how to progress through the levels, and honestly we couldn't have asked for a better DM to show us the ropes.  Now looking to enroll in another longer campaign with him! (and we can use the same characters so they can advance to an even higher level !).
